Wow… my legs are aching after the 5km life-run this morning. Partly is because I did not do the cool down stretching after the run due to the rain. Normally the whole complex will do the cool down stretching together on the track.
Seems like a very busy day for me today. I am so worried about the standby stores and parade this morning that in the end I found out that it is actually a simple parade and some stores are not required at that time. Silly me.
The whole battery only left my colleague, Wilson, and me to be in-charge. I lucky my time passed very fast due to the fact that I had joined the other battery’s men to watch Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, extended version.
Tomorrow in the early morning, I will be following the ration tonner to the training grounds to join my composite battery for their training. So I won’t going home for a night. But, Friday I had a day off! Yeah! And I can go to Expo for the Sitex 2005, IT fair.
