Helplessly helpful

What the… today I had to do stand-in BDO for my 2IC CPT. Why? Because she is so “garang”, meaning everything also want to do, that she goes to my battery’s Pegasus exercise. Partly she is there is also my CO, Commanding Officer, wants her to go and overlook the exercise and to instill confidence in the men’s first exercise with the new gun.

Therefore, I have to clear the armskote for her! Worst, the stand-in COS, Company Orderly Sergeant, who is there because the COS is out to send ration to the people on exercise, do not know anything. The armskote item list is not updated and therefore I could not clear them. And what makes me even frustrated is that someone needs to send his arm at about 11pm. I was like, duh… Meaning I have to go back at 11pm to clear the armskote before I can sleep! Oh well, who ask me to be so helpful. Later will be a long night for me.
