Wow, it has being such a great holiday. Climbing up the highest mountain in Southeast Asia, Mt Kinabalu was an enjoyable one. Anyone can climb this mountain, at age of 50 or even young primary school kids have no problem at all. Just make sure you are healthy and have no serious health problem. Enjoy the photos! The rest I will upload them to my online album.

My first time to board a budget airline.

Night scene of Kota Kinabalu city from Signal Hill

Street Stall - Fried Carrot Cake.

I had forgotten when I took this shot but it should be near the Mt Kinabalu Park HQ.

One of the many rest shelter along the way up the mountain.
Pitcher Plant, there are more bigger size pitcher plant around the locality. Can be as big as my open palm.

My tired legs taking a rest along the way up.

Reaching Pana Laban Lodges!

The beautiful sunset outside my lodge.

Next morning we start climbing up to the peak at 2.30am to catch the sunrise.

On top of Low’s Peak. The wind is so strong that I cannot smile properly. My hair is so long n I looked so weird
My hand is blocking the word Kinabalu!

A steep climb.

South Peak.

Left – Ugly Sister Peak, Right – Donkey Ears Peak. There are some other peaks but I do not remember their names :P

St John Peak

Descending down the peak.
The entrance to climb up to the peak.
