Preparing for our place we call Home

Today, we went to Ikea, Courts, Giant. Went around to look for some renovation ideas and furniture price survey. Wanted to start buying furnitures but we still have not gotten our house! HDB is slow in processing our AHG. Hopefully they don't let us wait for more than 3 months for a $0 grant.
I dreamt about us gotten the AHG and Ting Ting told me that dreams are always opposite :/ No!!!
We got 2 memory pillows cos it was on sale. Well, there's a few sale in a year, but we do not know when, so might as well get it since we were there.

While looking for mattress, we both love the King Koil Serenity. However it exceed out budget by quite a bit. Priced at close to $2.5k is way too much. Tried 4Stars but it doesn't feel any close to King Koil. Then there came Spring Air. Not bad actually! We had decided to put this as our 1st choice. Priced at less than 1.8k is still within our budget for comfort back support.

We headed to our new place hoping to see if there are any units doing renovation. Sunday, of course there aren't any. So we walked around the area and found that there is a good running path just behind. 

Our unit at Strathmore Green. We are very lucky to get the unit of our first choice. Feeling excited but tired from waiting for HDB to release the keys. I guess we are not the only ones. There are still many units yet to be renovated.
