A New Phase

It had being a very slack week. Most of the time, I just stayed in my Syndicate room reading my Reader’s Digest and talking to friends. We do not have many things to do except area cleaning and more area cleaning. That was because we had finished our entire liaison package during the past 6 weeks. Thursday, we went to MacRitchie Reservoir for cross-country run. 5km run and I feel very enthusiastic during the run. It doesn’t feel bored like the life-run we always did round the outside parameter of Khatib Camp. Saw Tiong Soon there too! He is my only know friend who is in Artillery. Yesterday, Friday, was my last day under the “Liaison side”, and we are returning back to Gunnery Wing and under Gunnery Wing’s control and command.

We had our Happy Hours at the Officer’s Mess to celebrate our end of the specialize phrase in liaison. Now, we will continue in our next stage of training, the Integrated Phase. We will join back with the FA, Field Artillery, and FATA, Field Artillery Target Acquisition, for combine refresher course and leaving for overseas training for our Finale exercise. That will be from the 28th August to 12th September.

Time seems to past faster and faster as 1st October is edging nearer to my reach. Oh yes, not to forget to congratulate all my friends and buddies from OCS Charlie Wing in completing their JCC, Jungle Confidence Course. 100% passes and that is the Charlie strength of mind and motivation.
